I know a little boy called Rohan. I think it's cute. Also love Laith

Having taught loads of Muslim kids, some of my favourite names that I came across were:
Bilal
Khalid
Yussuf
Ishaq
Sozdar

I don't really know anything about Muslim baby name traditions* but I really like Karim/Kareem and Idris :)

MariaMadita · 06/08/2018 12:43

*which is why these names could be super bad for some reason.

But I've recently met an adorable little boy named Kareem and felt like the name really suited him. And seems like a really strong and stylish / sleek name to me personally...

I've always liked Irtiza and Shafi

Just make sure whatever name you choose , if it’s from online sources, check with a person that speaks the language from where the name originated to check that the name does mean what the sources say it means.

I’m an arab and the amount of times I have seen people name their children words that mean something terrible in Arabic , is astonishing. However those names do have meanings in Farsi or something else but the parents were under the impression it’s an Arabic name.

So check with an Imam if it’s Islamic or with an arab if it’s in Arabic .

Good luck !

I like the following names:

Hamza
Suhaib
Raheem
Motazz
Mo’ath
Farook
