Your favourite Boys names

I've got two girls , and there are loads of girls names I like. Boys names are a real struggle ! I don't like anything too unusual, I prefer traditional names but obviously not too common either !

What are your favourites ?

George - But I know it's popular

Do you want it to 'go with' your girls names or does that not bother you?

We quite like Adam too at the moment x

I'm not even pregnant yet just thinking about names 😂 I quite like Evan. Ethan was on my list a few years ago but I've gone off that now I think. I like short names like Tom, Sam, Ben . Just can't think of anything that I love!

@pudding01 I'm not bothered about it being matchy matchy, doesn't have to be certain sounds or letters. Just nothing too "out there" ! I really like George too , it is common , although maybe not so much in Scotland ! Not sure though. I don't Personally know any !

Kane/Cain
Morgan
Keir
Taryn

Not really traditional though (apart from Cain maybe)

Pudding01 · 05/08/2018 17:57

I'm exactly the same lol Been trying for months and I can't help but look at names for my imaginary child 🙈😂

I think George is a classic that works with any age.
Benjamin/Ben is nice.
I like Samuel, but I've already called my cat that!

Other shorter names I can think of:
Adam
Toby
Joel
Theo
Josh/Joshua

ReginaPhalange89 · 05/08/2018 18:27

@pudding01 omg honestly you have such similar taste to me lol. I like all of those names , except Joel. Although I was just saying to be partner I quite like Joe/Joey, but I defo couldn't have that ! I have a Phoebe and people already think it's because I'm a 'Friends' goon 😂 couldn't have a Phoebe and Joey 😂

Adam I do really like. And Sam/Samuel but we know one so probably wouldn't use that. I like Ben/Benji! And I love Joshua but I've a cousin Josh so can't use that either 🙈

My OH keeps saying it's pointless thinking about boys names anyway cos he's positive we'd end up with 3 girls lol

😂😂 Aww but it would be cute having a phoebe & joey!
Ha ha would be typical if it was a girl, after you've finally found your boys name..
We really struggle to agree with boys. So glad we had our dd first! And again, got two girls names ready and no boys 🙈 x
