Lulu is Pearl in Arabic so maybe that could be an alternative?

I know a Diamond, she's an older lady and awesome. I also know a Ruby, Rupa (Silver in Hindi) & Sonali (Golden in Hindi)

I have a Pearl. She's Pearl Betty aged 5. We don't know any others at any age.
