Cassie will be a nickname for Cassandra, probably.

Don’t like Cassandra but my daughter is called Cassie Lucy she is older and I like it it’s quite unusual there are not many around . So I love Cassie .

Cassie is my all time favourite girls name - not my daughters name though as my husband wasn’t keen! Lucy is lovely too, but so many around - there are three in my sons class (he’s 7) so consider that. They are all three different variations though - Lucia, Lucy and Lucille. But all known as Lucy in his class.

Like the pp Cassandra will always be associated with Rodney and Delboy so I would go for Lucy.

I wanted cassie for my dd1 name but my dp wanted his suggestion so cassie is her middle name
