Esther
Charlotte (known as Lottie)
Rowena (known as Nina)
Rose
Mary
Alice

Possible nickname for Esther would be Essie but more of an occasional nickname, as opposed to the others which will be more everyday nicknames if that makes sense.

I like Esther, Alice and I don't mind Rowena although I prefer Nina. Rose is a lovely name but very popular so I know tons of them if that puts you off?

pilates · 15/07/2018 09:33

Rose
Alice
Charlotte
Not keen on the rest

Belindabauer · 15/07/2018 09:35

Esther.

regularbutpanickingabit · 15/07/2018 09:38

Alice, Charlotte and Nina. Rowena sounds very pretty in some accents and absolutely horrible in others - trust me!

NannyR · 15/07/2018 09:41

I love Nina, I would use it as a stand-alone name, I'm not keen on Rowena.

WhereIsBlueRabbit · 15/07/2018 09:49

Nina is my favourite by a country mile but I would use it by itself.

I also love Esther and Alice.

Charlotte and Rose are lovely but quite popular, if that's a consideration.

I'm less keen on Mary, and on Rowena which I think is a bit of a marmite name, but that's personal choice. It sounds quite different from your other choices.

Susannach · 15/07/2018 10:08

Esther. How about Tess for short?

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 15/07/2018 10:25

Charlotte or Rose.

TenThousandSpoons · 15/07/2018 10:31

Alice is my favourite.
Nina is lovely as a stand-alone name. Don’t like Rowena and don’t think Nina works as nickname for it.
Charlotte(Lottie) - v pretty
Esther - strong, I like it.
Rose - fine
Mary - no (I also think of fanny as pp have said)

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 15/07/2018 10:40

Mary Charlotte.

StrawberryCat · 15/07/2018 10:42

Alice is beautiful! My top choice for sure!
Nina is lovely too. I'd probably use that on its own, although i really like Rowena.
Charlotte is lovely too but more common i think.

Not keen on the others.

RoseMartha · 15/07/2018 11:51

Esther Rose
Alice Rose
Rose Esther
Charlotte Rose

Are all nice

starkid · 15/07/2018 12:02

I like Alice and Rowena, though wouldn't get to Nina from it. Nina can be a name on its own if you prefer it to Rowena

lostfrequencies · 15/07/2018 12:11

I like Alice, Rose and Rowena.

Charlotte is okay. Not so keen on Esther.

Hate Mary.

AnyaMoondial · 15/07/2018 19:39

Esther. Then Rowena in second place. Both great names!

daisypond · 15/07/2018 19:44

The only one I really dislike is Charlotte.
I like all the others a lot.

greendale17 · 15/07/2018 19:55

Mary or Alice

I really don’t like Lottie

Flamingosnbears · 15/07/2018 21:10

Esther by miles...

LostwithSawyer · 15/07/2018 22:42

Love Esther. Very underused. It's beautiful.

17caterpillars1mouse · 16/07/2018 08:59

I like Esther best

MikeUniformMike · 16/07/2018 16:13

Esther - Rantzen
Charlotte (known as Lottie) - ok
Rowena (known as Nina) - Nina from Rowena is a bit try hard
Rose - prefer Rosie

cheeseoverchocolate · 16/07/2018 17:07

Racecardriver · 16/07/2018 17:34
