I like both but Grace is classic and timeless.

daisypond · 10/07/2018 18:51

I like both, but I prefer Grace, even though it seems to be popular. I don't think it's girly at all - it's a classic, elegant name.

I agree 100% with Dontdribble.
Dont call a child April unless they are born in that month.

DaniCampbell1989 · 10/07/2018 20:22

I like both but if I had to choose probably Grace x

lljkk · 10/07/2018 20:23

both are fine. April is great, I don't think need to be born then any more than James needs to have a limp.

MadMaryBoddington · 12/07/2018 07:35

April. Beautiful name.

17caterpillars1mouse · 12/07/2018 08:15

April is lovely. Grace is ok

KiplingAngelCake · 12/07/2018 13:26

Both. Slightly prefer Grace, but April is fab too.

rubyred84 · 12/07/2018 14:14

Grace

caughtinthemiddle2 · 12/07/2018 14:20

I love both of them but April just a tad more as it is less popular. I don't agree that she should be born in April if their name is April. My grandmother is called June and her birthday is January

autumnmoon · 12/07/2018 14:56

April... pretty name. wasn't there an April on Dallas?!?

Grace is lovely so long as child is graceful.

MikeUniformMike · 12/07/2018 14:57

There was. And an Afton.

MikeUniformMike · 12/07/2018 14:59

Just googled them. The 1980s hair!

LucyFox · 12/07/2018 16:30

April Grace would be lovely :)

NanooCov · 12/07/2018 20:27

I love them both but would only use April if born in that month.

BoyInTheOven · 12/07/2018 20:58

I think April is lovely. I feel like as a name it transcends the 'born in April expectation' which I think would be a bit naff personally.

For me 'Grace' has been overused and although a beautiful name a bit predictable these days IMO

TwinkleToes86 · 12/07/2018 22:21

Hate April. So dowdy.

Grace is much more elegant.
