Baby girl with no name!

Seabiscuit1 · 10/06/2018 20:42

Our beautiful baby girl was born 10 days ago and we still haven’t decided on her name. We feel awful but really struggling.
Our current top choices are Hannah, Lucy or Charlotte (Lottie) but none of them are really sticking. Maybe it’s just because we are both horrendously indecisive.
Help! What should we call her? She has a Scottish surname and a sister called Isobel.

Isobel and Morven.😄
Congratulations OP 💐
From your list I like Isobel and Lucy, but they are all nice names.

Congratulations!

All the names you've mentioned are lovely so I don't think you can go wrong!

I think Charlotte is my favourite though not keen on Lottie or Charlie.
Lucy is ok.
Hannah is my least favourite though I love Anna.

I know Isobel's with sisters called Emily, Amelia, Isla and Megan.

How about Freya or Elise ? Pretty and go nicely with Isobel. My daughter didn’t have a name for 3 1/2 weeks !

DramaAlpaca · 10/06/2018 22:50

All nice but Lucy goes so well with Isobel that I'd go for that.

Sophronia · 10/06/2018 23:23

I just saw someone suggest Marsaili and Vaila on another thread about Scottish baby girl names - I'm in love! Thought I'd suggest them here since you mentioned Scottish heritage. Smile

Butterflyrosebud · 13/06/2018 13:53

Congratulations!

Lucy Charlotte is lovely. Lucy and Isobel Smile.

DollyDayScream · 13/06/2018 13:58

Go with Lottie! It's really pretty and Charlotte is a classic name for an adult.
