Love Eleanora

Matilda is so popular and overused in my area it's lost any shine it had

Eleanora would just become Ellie or Elle. I don’t know any Eleanor's who aren’t Ellie.

I love Matilda, it’s a shame it’s become so common although I am yet to meet one.

Eleonora is a very fancy name. It's quite...grand sounding. I do like Eleanor, but not Eleonora....also this spelling of it would not be how most people would spell it, so you'd have to be constantly correcting people. I do really like how you can get the nickname Nora from this name though.

Matilda - LOVE this name, and in the UK you're fortunate enough that it's not too common and therefore totally useable. I think it's a strong, bold name, but also girly and sweet. Plenty of nickname potential too with Mat/Mattie/Tilda etc.
