Can't find it on line anywhere - just out of interest, I've been learning Russian, I called my daughter Claudia I was just wondering whether there is a diminutive?

Dia?

I think it might actually be Klava though.

I think the Russian version of Claudia is Klavdiya. They don't use Claudia as far as I'm aware. So like the above poster said... Klava or Diya.

Klavochka maybe. It's an affectionate term.

Клавушка might be another option.

Russians live their diminutive names.

Not sure I like this particular one though, it rhymes with коровушка, so I might try and steer away from it.

коровушка

I like Klavushka.

Diya might be easier but people might think you’re calling her dear.
