Stupid question about baby name register

I'm forever seeing posters quoting how many Arthurs, Alices, Lotties etc were registered in previous years, but how do you find this out (UK)?

Google only led me to the ONS pages where high level stats for the last few years are listed e.g. Top 10s, numbers of unique names or names registered two or three times nationally etc. Is there a search function somewhere that you can plug a name into and it tell you how many others were registered for that year?

If you google "darker green baby names" there was some researcher who created a database by year not sure if she's still going, I loved it back in 2014
