Our surname is Hillier-Baker. Which one do you all think sounds better? We’re really stuck 🙈

Leo or Jacob

bridgetreilly · 19/04/2018 23:02

Jacob.

I like Lewis and Owen best with your surname.

Bakez66 · 21/04/2018 21:46

Are you not keen on the name ‘Harvey’ or is it the associations with the name? Eg Harvey Weinstein 😬

I just don't like the name Harvey at all.

The other names on your list are all much nicer. I like Lewis or Owen best with the surname, but they all sound OK.

Bakez66 · 21/04/2018 23:42

Oh ok, Thankyou for the feedback 😊

Lewis or Owen or what about Thomas or George?

Bakez66 · 21/04/2018 23:48

We know a Thomas and a George, trying to think of names that are a bit unique but still nice

Leo! I like the sound of Leandro Hillier-Baker, shortened to Leo.

Of your choices I think Lewis or Owen go best with your surname, and both are great names. I don't like Harvey at all I'm afraid.

My favourite is definitely Owen but other suggestions in a similar vein: Callum, Aaron, Ellis.

Bakez66 · 22/04/2018 10:38

I like Aaron and Callum but have a few close friends with children called Callum. Thankyou for the suggestions , please feel free everyone to suggest alternative names

Adam.

What do you think about Archie?

OP posts:
Sugarpiehoneyeye · 23/04/2018 06:40

Prefer Archer, nickname Archie.

Icantfindausername · 23/04/2018 07:33

I love the name Alfie or Harrison shorted to harry xx

TatianaLarina · 23/04/2018 14:51

I like Archer. I’m not really into American style surname as first name, but it I like the historicity of it. Much prefer it to Archie altho that would work well as a nn.

blinkineckmum · 25/04/2018 21:03

I like Owen and Archie.
