It's a bit of a tricky name to pair with a middle name. Do you have any family names you'd like to put in there?

Maisy or Maisie are the correct spellings. Please don’t subject your child to a lifetime of having to explain how to spell what should be an easy name.

I'd go with a less 'cute' middle name in case she doesn't want a cutesy name when she is older, and wants to switch to using her middle name.

Elizabeth is a good suggestion as it is pretty versatile in it's shortenings.
