Henric

I like him on holby

IncidentalAnarchist · 25/02/2018 08:01

Torin as in To rin

ReinettePompadour · 25/02/2018 10:30

I think your pronunciation will vary region to region. Theres no point really asking how we would pronounce it as a northerner will pronounce it different from a southerner.

TheVanguardSix · 25/02/2018 10:34

Henric

Meandmy4 · 25/02/2018 10:35

Arlie

Fieau · 25/02/2018 10:39

I have a soft spot for the name Torin and would definitely suggest that one.

SoupDragon · 25/02/2018 10:47

My favourite is Torin (although I don’t know how to pronounce it really and my dad is saying Torrin”) followed by Henrik. I don’t like Arlie at all.

JayeAshe · 25/02/2018 10:48

Another vote for Torin (former BBC correspondent Torin Douglas) Smile

windchimesabotage · 25/02/2018 10:48

Torin is lovely!
I dont like Arlie really. Makes me think of Arlo spelt wrong. As Arlo is a very popular name at the mo that may be an issue.

FlowerPotMum · 25/02/2018 10:51

Torin and I'd pronounce it 'Toh-rin'. Dunno if that's right but I like it. I like Henrik with a K as well :-)

SlackPanther · 25/02/2018 10:53

Torin
I would say To as in Top , Rin.
Not Tor- in.

daisypond · 25/02/2018 11:02

I like Henrik (with a K) and Torin. I know a young Torin - about age 15 now.

MikeUniformMike · 25/02/2018 12:09

Torin

GemmaB78 · 25/02/2018 12:11

We have a Henrik. Henric looks like Henrik spelt incorrectly!

MikeUniformMike · 25/02/2018 12:11

Henrik is ok. Don't like Arlie - it sounds made up and like Arlo and Harley.
I would say Torin as Torrin. Made me think of Torin Douglas.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 25/02/2018 12:17

Love Torin. I’d say It like Torrin. Tor is a cool nn too.

Have you thought about Alaric?

CountFosco · 25/02/2018 13:33

Love Torin, Henric is nice, not fussed about Arlie.

pangolinga · 25/02/2018 15:24

Wotan (or Torin).

Redpramlady · 25/02/2018 17:23

Ok henrik with a k it is
I actually prefer that spelling so great!

Torin is popular! Will cross Arlie off it's an old english name and I get why your all saying thou.

So torin and henrik are still on the list.
Ido really like Alaric! Not keen on al thou
