Middle Name for Elizabeth

We have settled on the name Elizabeth for dd3 and now trying to choose middle names (x2). the middle names for our dds have always been family related - so far we have two in question:

Elizabeth Christina Rose or
Elizabeth Anthea Rose.

Both lovely I think, what are peoples thoughts?

Elizabeth Alexandra Rose

Elizabeth Alexandra = Her Majesty's first 2 names.

The Queen's sister was Margaret Rose.

So nice regal names in Elizabeth Alexandra Rose.

I do like Alexandra and we did consider it...but my late son who died at 22 weeks (late miscarriage) was named Alexander so we decided against this x I never knew this about the Royals names...and never set out to pick royal names its just sort of evolved.

Elizabeth Willa Rose?
