DH is obsessed with calling our baby boy Jack, but for reasons I can’t explain, I HATE it. Probably because I’ve had to explain myself so many times, and come up with different reasons because he won’t leave it alone. Doesn’t help it has associations with a childhood bully of mine.
I kind of want to give in just to keep the peace but I think we should BOTH love our child’s name, and it’s not fair for me to give in.
Are there any names with ‘Jack’ in them that we can compromise with?
For instance, like Jackson, Jake and Jacob? I can’t think of any others. Unusual or common, any suggestions appreciated.
