Middle name ideas

We have pretty much decided on Harriet as the first name.

We had discussed Lily as a middle name but I'm put off by it's popularity.

Surname begins with T and I'd like to avoid HRT, HAT and similar initials.

My middle name is Jane and I hate it. I'd much rather choose a name I like! There's no family names that we want to use.

Please help!!

Does popularity of a name that will be a middle name really matter? Harriet Lily is lovely. We have DD a middle name that is popular as we considered it too popular for her first name but I'm the middle of wouldn't matter if there were 7 in her class.

Also I think the initala HAT for a Harriet would be cute but maybe that's because I'd shorten Harriet to Hattie :)
