I really like the Y in it, but I'm afraid people will pronounce it incorrectly.

The name Livia predates Olivia. The two are unconnected.

I too would say Lyvia as Lie-vi-a and also makes me think immediately of lava/saliva etc...
Livia looks like it sounds, and I prefer it. If you’re wanting it to be a little different I think it already is that little bit different from the more common Olivia (but as pps say a name in its own right)
