Zoe. There are 3 or 4 Avas just in my Reception child's year.

My dd is Zoe and the only one in her whole primary. There are 2 girls called Ava in her year group alone. (As well as 2 called Eva, and an Evie and an Aoife) I think Zoe is more classic whereas Ava is popular now: like Jean and Joan in the 1940s/ 50s and Karen, Claire and Louise in the 1970s. There have always been Zoes but it has never been a top 5 name.
