Please help us get this list down to two names

So we were going with Laurie/Laurence but Dh has changed his mind due to it being to close to his Uncle's name. Currently 32 weeks and would like to get this list down to two and then see which suits our ds when he arrives. He will be our dc3 and already have a son called George (dd has an E name).

Nathaniel (love this but once had boyfriend called Nathan who dumped me. Would this get shortened to Nath/Nathan)

Arthur and Nathaniel. I really like Nathaniel but really dislike Nathan and Nath so would use Nate as a nickname.

Favourites: Rory or Elijah. I would have said Nathaniel but I know one nicknamed Nathan, if that's a deal breaker for you avoid it. I also like Orson but not sure I'd want to be called it, which is a deal breaker for me.

The Nathaniel I know (4yo) is natty

Hugo seems to be the most liked, followed by Rory and Nathaniel.

I've taken Orson, Rowan, Elijah, Seth and Arthur off the list.

Oops didn't see the latest list when I posted. I like Rory and Hugo the best from that one.

I like Nate best. Then Rory at a push. Preferred Seth.

From your short list, Rory and Nathaniel are my favourites. But Rowan was by far my favourite from your long list.

Hugo and Milo are both having a big 'moment' and will date, if that bothers you.

Pedantic point, but Nathan isn’t a shortened version of Nathaniel - they’re different characters in the Bible. Second is one of the disciples, first is a prophet.

Rory and Arthur were both on my list for my now 11 week old baby.

Also Milo would have been if my husband didn't veto it!
