I know a Miles with brother Fraser. Hugo is lovely, or Hugh? Oliver?

I don’t really understand the need to consider other siblings’ names when thinking of a new baby’s name...barring of course the need to avoid the ‘Miles and Giles’ issue mentioned upthread Smile (and actually you could have a lot of fun with this)

Nobody ever asks me my brother’s name and then repeats our names out loud together to see if they ‘go’- it’s just not something I’ve ever come across in real life.

I wonder if people might be burdening themselves unnecessarily in trying to find a name that complements a sibling.

I guess if you had a Augustus and then a Jaxxon it might attract comments for being an unusual diversity of name choices but beyond that...

We just picked names we liked for DSs 1-3.

Be freeeee OP!

More helpfully now....have a look at the Daily Telegraph birth announcements - there are often a number of baby Mileses in there and you could see what their siblings are called, just for background research.
