I feel that Evie is more of a nickname and so so popular that it's lost its appeal, I think Eve is beautiful though. Eve Isabella would be absolutely stunning in my humble opinion

Eve Isabella is stunning! I actually started off with Isabella Eve, which my husband vetoed, so this could work :)

Both pretty names. Prefer Freya but like both

I had the same two names to chose from! Went for Evie in the end (Evelyn) don't regret it at all, still love it despite its popularity

I've never liked the name Freya - find it a bit meh. Also I've heard quite a few people pronounce it Fweya which would irritate me...

Evie is ok but I much prefer Ava or even Eva...

Going to throw another one into the mix, hubby has just suggested Annie! Thoughts ??

Oh just saw you are considering Annie; nicest of the three by miles for me. I'd probably put Anna or Annabel on the bc, but I'm a fan of longer names with possible shortenings.

Good response for Annie I don't want to use Anna as there are two in the family already! I really love Annabelle with spelling Annabel (it was my granny's name) but hubby won't have it because of the movie out recently ! So Annie is his compromise .....it's really growing on me! He doesn't like Freya as much so as it stands it

I love Freya - if DS had been a girl he'd have been Freya Rhiannon. Prefer Annie to Evie. There are thousands of little Evies around and Annie's a much cooler name and more feisty.

Yes the popularity of Evie would def put me off!! Looks like Annie proving more popular on here :) yes I love Freya too, hubby not so keen

I have an Eve Hazel. I think Evie Annabel doesn't flow brilliantly but it's ok. My Eve goes by Evie all the time. It's a better name than Freya IMO.
