Well Arlo and Juno are definitely on the list now. I wish I could put Barney on there but the current Barney Dog is only three and is now their third dog in a row to be called Barney! Thanks folks

Jed

Anna

FraterculaArctica · 22/09/2017 08:15

Alistair for a boy, Briony for a girl.

Acidophilus · 22/09/2017 08:20

Your boys names are lovely and timeless. Please don't go with Arlo. Look at the ONS baby name stats, it's risen more than literally any other boy's name this decade. It's come from nowhere to ultra popular and it will date terribly. It will be the Kevin or the 80s or the Jayden of the 00s.

I think Jago goes nicely esp if you have Cornish routes.

Needalifeoverhaul · 22/09/2017 08:24

Ooh yes to Hetty for a girl and Jude or Flynn for a boy. How about Casper?

Ionarocks · 22/09/2017 15:26

Yes to Jonah. (Biased) Has a similar vibe to your other 3.

knittingteapot · 22/09/2017 15:28

What about Jared if he likes Jethro?

Twistmeandturnme · 22/09/2017 15:41

Ivan, Rowan, Seth and..
Eli is fab
Jethro seems like it should go but Seth and Jethro sounds odd when said together (which is a pathetic reason for me not to like it).
Jacob
Joe: actually the more I say it the more I like it with the others: Joe, Rowan, Ivan and Seth. Ivan, Rowan, Seth and Joe.
Dickon (because your boys names sound organic and Dickon was the boy in The Secret Garden who ran wild on the moor and could talk to the animals.)
Bryn

Girls: Martha, Ruth, Polly, Amanda, Eleanor (Ellie)

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 22/09/2017 16:40

Hugo. Arlo. Nico. Miko. Milo. Theo

Willa. Eleni. Fae. Briar. Luna

rubberducker · 22/09/2017 19:58

I have a Seth - his little brother is Eli so nice to see it being suggested here!

We also liked Silas but depends if you mind having 2 with the same initial.

For girls, Norah, Esther and Clara were on the list.

rubberducker · 22/09/2017 19:59

Meant to say, we also considered Arlo but am glad we didn't go for it now given the huge spike in popularity.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 22/09/2017 20:29

Arlo makes me think of milk

PippaSqueaks · 23/09/2017 04:15

Jonah and Caleb are nice.

PandorasXbox · 23/09/2017 13:15

Elijah
Gulliver
Rex
Jude
Woody

Martha
Olive
Vita
Seraphina

BagelDog · 23/09/2017 14:38

CAsper, Jonah, Eli, Gulliver I love. Caleb is gorgeous but our surname starts with B so a bit awkward to say together.

Definitely liking Hetty, poss short for Hesper. Also Martha, Norah and Clara.

Is Agatha nice or hideous?

OP posts:
TatianaLarina · 23/09/2017 16:26

Jude, Quinn, Phinn, Levi.

Polly, Nell, Violet

TatianaLarina · 23/09/2017 16:27

Martha is very sweet.

Don't know about Agatha, as with Agnès - they sound better in French.

3wayburger · 23/09/2017 16:39

Tobias
Bertie
Ezra
Milo

Margot
Agnus
Faye
Eliza

daisypond · 23/09/2017 16:40

Your DC names are very nice, but they're all of very different origin - Russian, Gaelic, Hebrew. Maybe go for another area of the world so they have an area each, if you see what I mean?

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 23/09/2017 16:44

Gus

mumofone234 · 23/09/2017 16:46

If you like a Cornish twist, how about Perran, Tristan, Piran or Jowan for a boy or Lowena or Tegen for a girl?
