If I love Heidi & Louis........

Baby number 3 due in December, not finding out the sex.

Favourite girls name at the moment is Heidi however not sure if I can use it as a friend has one. We used to be really close however she moved away a year and a half ago and we haven't seen much of each other. I know she would be fuming if I used Heidi but have to decide how much that bothers me.

Favourite boys name is Louis but DH isn't keen.

Both go really well with our other DC's names.

If I love these what else will I like?

I have a Heidi. Our girls choice this time was Annika, NN Anni. For boys we like Jude, Jesse, Leo and Rudy.

If I were you, I would use Heidi. I wouldn't let a not-very-close friendship impact on name choice.

Heidi is lovely, just use it.

I'd use Heidi anyway. It's not your responsibility if your friend chooses to "fume".
