I don't know expat, I'd agree that most biblical/ancient names don't date. But then I think of Jason, which definitely has a strong 80s vibe to me and feeling dated at the moment.

I know of a toddler Joshua. I don't think it's popular now, but I wouldn't say it's dated

Of course Biblical names date! What about Deborah and Mark? Don't see many babies called those names nowadays.

Deborah and mark will be back in fashion soon enough - biblical names never fully go away
