Oh sweet Jesus my ovaries just exploded.

Congratulations! He is utterly adorable.

Hayden!

SumAndSubstance · 19/08/2017 20:22

I came on to say Hayden, but I actually think he looks like a Noah. That is one cute baby, OP - congratulations!

mummytwoh · 19/08/2017 20:27

When I was stuck between 2 names with my son (who was 5 weeks old and nameless) I called him one name for a day and the other the next. I knew as soon as I started calling him name number two which name was his.

Try calling him both and see how you feel.
Sometimes it doesn't come down to which name you like best but which one suits your baby.

Congratulations xxxx

jenniuol · 19/08/2017 20:27

Noah. He is lovely op.

howthelightgetsin · 19/08/2017 20:36

Noah. Oh so cute!

Lemondrop99 · 19/08/2017 23:50

Mumsnet generally dislikes Hayden. I'm not sure how representative that is of the wider world.

Personally I'd favour Hayden over yet another Noah.

llangennith · 20/08/2017 00:26

Noah is lovely but very popular (common). Don't like the name Hayden at all.

Buntysoven · 20/08/2017 00:31

Beautiful baby. Congrats

littlemisseatsherfeelings · 20/08/2017 08:44

Has to be Hayden for me. Noah is so common now.

I know lovely, kind Haydens

Sophronia · 20/08/2017 19:02

Noah

RainaBaina · 20/08/2017 19:06

Not Hayden because it sounds surnamey and I don't like surnames as first names.

Namehunting001 · 20/08/2017 19:07

Agreed Noah is too common. Hayden sounds lovely and I think he looks like a Hayden too :)
Congrats on your beautiful baby boy whichever name you choose x

Annabelle4 · 20/08/2017 19:40

I know a Haydn.

Have you decided yet OP?

HarperLove · 21/08/2017 00:00

Nope, still undecided Sad thank you for all the kind comments x

He's gorgeous. Haydn - this spelling I think is more classic and avoids the Jayden/Kayden parallels (which are unfair as Hayden is different). Noah is lovely but very popular and also I think Haydn flows better with Elliot x

User24689 · 21/08/2017 00:45

imnotatyoicalsausage I think the Haydn spelling is pronounced High-den. It is much nicer though I agree. I like Hayden and Haydn.

Way too many Noahs around these days! I've never been able to see its appeal.

Congratulations on your beautiful baby OP!

Turquoise0wl · 22/08/2017 17:07

Noah (it's my favourite name) but I do really like Hayden Smile

TurquoiseDress · 22/08/2017 19:07

Noah definitely for me!

Hayden is too surname-like for my liking

TurquoiseDress · 22/08/2017 19:08

Congratulations! Flowers
