Emilia, Verity or Ava?

Hi there,

Our baby girl is due tomorrow and we are still undecided on a name for her. We have narrowed it down to Emilia, Verity or Ava. Which one would you name your daughter, popularity aside?

Verity. I love it. Sadly it did not go well with our surname so I couldn't use it for our DD.

My dd is Ava. Always loved that name. The other names are lovely too.

I loved that name from the first Poldark (1970s) and was always going to call my daughter that. I have two called something else. Not sure what happened. Perhaps DH didn't like it .........Confused

We really like Verity, the only drawback I can think of is that it is quite a strong name for a little girl?

All lovely names but think I would lean towards Verity as she's less likely to share a class with 4 or 5 others

Very true @LilaBard . It's so much harder to pick a name for a girl. My boys were a lot easier.

What nickname could verity have though? Vez?

My Emilia is Emmy, Ems and could be Millie if she ever chooses.
