Certainly fits your criteria. Although whether you'd want to actually burden a child with such a thing is a different question.

My DS is Magnus, I think it fits your bill and people are forever telling me it's a 'strong' name.

I think the Celtic names are the way to go. Things like Magnus, Rory, Angus, Ethan, Geraint etc.
