Mary Elizabeth

Elizabeth is quite tricky as a middle I find the flow is better if it's the 1st name like pp has done.

I like a lot of these suggestions.

I love Emma but I'm really not sure if it goes with Elizabeth..

I like Emma Elizabeth. The little girl in Clifford the Big Red Dog is called Emily Elizabeth, which is quite sweet also.
