I think another meaning of blue would put me off using it as a name, I don't know if 'blue' is still used much in that context nowadays, however.

Vincent is lovely. I'm undecided on Blue.... just knowing Beyoncé's daughter is named Blue is enough to put me off for a boy

I don't mind Blue but really dislike Vincent and Blue with Vincent does sound a bit sad.
I dislike most names of the Vincent vibe though (Arthur, Stanley etc) as I feel they're quite dull sounding.
