Unusual Name Ideas?

I really like unusual names, I was wondering what other people considered unusual and what unusual names they liked. Were there any names that you wished you used or wanted to at the time, but didn't because you feared it was too 'out there'?

I'm looking for both boys and girls names, thanks if you can help.

Ah, so like the urban legend of names.

don't know anyone called Allanfa Tan.

That's the point. It's a myth.

I love Greer.

It's quite germane...

I was saying Allanfa Tan aloud, trying to work out if it sounds like something rude, then saw that it's Welsh.
Allanfa is quite pretty tho :)
Twins, Allanfa and Allegra.

""It's definitely his name, don't know why on earth you'd choose it over the Malachi spelling but there we are haha""

Depending on the background of the Parents it could be a very valid spelling of the name, as it is a name in its own right.

It's also a variation on the spelling of Malachi.

Yes I know haha another poster had said 'Malacky is a spelling mistake, not a name' or something like that

29Palms · 15/06/2017 12:20

Having looked it up, I see that I was wrong. Malacky is a town in Slovakia.

tis glorious it's not a myth. Sadly. My colleague has met her.
