Need help with girls names

This is my first proper post on here

I'm not pregnant yet but I'm ever the optimist, so I hope I will be expecting soon.
I have a huge list of boys names I like and several I love, I just really struggle with girls names

I think I'm set with Ellis for the boys name, I've always loved it, not sure on the middle name yet

For girls...the only one I really do like and can picture using is Phoebe
I just have good associations with that name.
Was hoping to have a few more names to choose from but it seems impossible
I do like Darcey, Olivia, Lois and Erin. The last 2 are just too similar to Ellis to consider properly though, I may never have a boy but as it's my all time favourite name I wouldn't want to take away my opportunity to use it in the future

Any suggestions I may not have thought of? I heard of Romilly the other day which I thought was nice and not overly used

Phoebe is lovely! Ellis is lovely! And it's great to have a limited list in mind so great choices for each :-)

I really like Phoebe, Romilly and Olivia. Erin is lovely but it is a bit close to Ellis.

I was wondering how popular Phoebe is? I work with children and I haven't met a little Phoebe in the last 6 years?
I really like Thea...Theo I've heard lots of but Thea never even crossed my mind
Never heard of the name Hadley either, that also has a similar style to what I like

I like Phoebe and I think it goes well with Ellis

I know 3 Phoebes, aged about 16, 11 and 9 and they're all lovely girls

Romilly is beautiful. I'd probably use it if one of my best friend's children wasn't called Romy! Phoebe and Ellis do go well together though.

I'm pleased people here like Phoebe, I've only mentioned it to a couple of people in real life and they've not been too enthusiastic about it! It reminds them of the friends character but I don't think that's a bad thing if that's the only acossiation they can think of?

Romilly is really growing on me, well Romy more so now I know that's also a stand alone name. I looked it up and it seems to be very underused

Also found Nancy as a suggestion earlier today. I think that's quite lovely?

Ellis would also work fine on a girl, so you could use it for either! Lovely name!

Phoebe with Olivia as middle name would be great. I only know one young Phoebe.

Sienna is lovely and Imogen is a name I had forgotten about, it used to be a favourite of mine. I have never met another Imogen in real life which is a big plus!

I did think about Phoebe Olivia, only with my surname the initials would spell POT...which isn't the worst but it put me off

Anybody know any little girls called Nancy?
I'd like to have a couple of names I really like in reserve and I think Nancy sounds so elegant?
Same question applies to Romy/Romilly and Thea, is Thea very popular? Given how popular Theo is?

I can't comment on popularity as I'm not in the UK, but I think Ellis and Phoebe are lovely.

Phoebe love! Just like the way it sounds I don't know of any personally but heard one in the park yesterday and thought that it sounded lovely
I know someone who named their child Nancy... not sure how I feel about it it's a bit like poppy for me not sure as an adult

I see what you mean about Nancy/Poppy/Polly etc. Although I think they're very sweet and did go through a phase of thinking Teddy would be a great given name for a boy...
But then I also think Cheryl and Liam Paynes baby name is so original...maybe I have a think about bears

My top 3 will be Phoebe, Romilly/Romy and Thea I think
I'm very pleased Phoebe is well liked here

Now for middle names

I think I would want to use the middle name spot for a more unusual name, I really like the kind of unheard of names but wouldn't be brave enough to put them first.
Like Atticus, Wolf , Beau...

I love Zinnia with Phoebe. Toughens it up a bit! I adore the name Nancy. Know one who is late 20s and she's very cool!
