Looking at the names you like I'd suggest Clara or Lorna (similar sounds/length) as alternatives to Flora

Harriet (Hattie) would be cute as an alternative to Betty, I also know a friend with a Mattie (short for Matilda). Or maybe Lottie (Charlotte).

Or maybe Bella (on its own or as a non for Isabelle/Isobel) as a sort of combination of the two?
