I'm not keen on any 'official' names, so I'm going for Millie/Milly on BC.

Which one?

Millie.
It's different to names like Holly, because holly is the name of the plant. I would consider the Hollie spelling odd.

Millie is lovely for child but doesn't sound very professional for an adult woman. Would you consider Amelia or Camilla which gives her the choice of a more adult name when she is older?

I also find Millie quite cutesy and maybe sweet for a little girl, but I'd prefer to have a more solid name personally.

Strongly suggest Amelia, Camilla with Millie/ Milly as a shortening. It's about as elegant and pretty as a shopping trolley.

I like both. I think it's best to go with whichever 'looks' like a nicer fit with her middle and surname.

I once got told you were a:
Milly if you were an Emily
And a:
Millie if you were a A/Emilia
