Grace Casey - does it sound ok?

I think it's fine if it's a middle.

You only ever really say middle names if you say the whole name as one e.g Grace Casey Johnson etc.

If it were the actual surname I'd say no because they are too similar and when she's younger she'd be Gracie Casey which is not good.

But you're not going to realistically use a nickname for the first name whilst saying the middle too are you? (Eg you wouldn't really refer to someone as Tom Patrick Smith would you, the only options would be be Tom / Thomas / Tom Smith / Thomas Smith / Thomas Patrick Smith)

Agree with pp, I would add another middle name between Grace and Casey.

I don't think it really works TBH. I'd still notice the repeated "ace" sound even with another middle name.

Casey is a lovely surname so why not double barrel rather than consign your surname to middle name status?
