Eloise Amelia or Georgia

Which do you prefer?

Eloise.

DD's school is full of girls called Amelia and Georgia. They are easily the most common girls names round here.

Eloise, by a long way. It's a beautiful name.

There are loads of Amelias around and I'm not keen on Georgia.

I actually quite like Amelia. I'm really not keen on Georgia though I'm afraid.

Eloise by miles for me. I love it. I'm not terribly keen on the others, although they're perfectly nice.

I have an Emilia, which you might like as it sort of combines Eloise and Amelia.

Amelia for sure. Such a lovely, strong, pretty name. Georgia sounds dated to me. Eloise sounds more like a middle name, also if I was picking the name of a bitchy character in a book i'd go for Eloise...it just sounds bitchy!

Three lovely names...but Eloise is my favourite. It has been on my list for dd1 and dd2 but dh has vetoed it both times. Maybe if we have a dd3 I will have worn him down...! I love it!

My sister is called Eloise - she's 14 and has never met anyone else with that name :)

I've asked her and she really likes it. Says only issue is lack of "personalised" tat in gift shops in the UK as name isn't common enough

Amelia is a nice name and I normally don't worry about popularity of names but it's EVERYWHERE. There has been an Amelia in every single baby group I have gone to. Every. Single. One.

I like Amelia and Georgia. Not keen on Eloise.
