Thank you for all the replies, the really are helping. OH is away at the moment so will talk to him when he gets back on the weekend. Glad everyone has said they like at least one name on the list.

Definitely prefer Stanley compared to others now. When my dad suggested it, I liked it but thought it was a bit of an old mans name (only because I've never met one before and Stan on Eastenders was ancient haha) but still thought it was a good name. Really do like it, and confident now knowing a lot of others agree x

I have a stanley. He's 13 and I get nothing but lovely comments about his name. Ds2 is due imminently and will be either Leonard or Vincent.

From your list I like Micky best.
