Martha?

Hiya,
We have just found out we are having another girl. We have a Hettie and are struggling with names for the second.

The only name we can sort of agree on is Martha Florence but would appreciate other people's thoughts about it...

I actually like it, even though it's not in keeping with the kind of names I normally like AT ALL.

Reminds me of the awesome Tom Waits song.

I really like it, although where I live it would become Mah-fah. That's the only reason we didn't consider it for DD.

It is potentially a bit "scullery maid-ish", I guess? But it is a really lovely and charming name.

It's not my cup of tea at all tbh, but it does go very well with Hettie.

I'm not keen as I have a image of someone dowdy and build for endurance and not speed but that's obviously my problem not yours Op, it does go very well with Hettie.
