Need a C name

Hi all

Looking for a C name to match our short C surname. DD is Candice and DS is Chayse, so need a third to match!

Shortlist below-
Chelsea (DH supports)
Charlene (prefer to Charlotte as less common)
Courtney (Eastenders prompted this!)
Cheryl (after Aunt).

What is your favourite? Other suggestions welcome.

From your list I like Cheryl best.

Ideas that I think go well with your other children's names:
Cleo
Chloe
Christy/Cristy
Colette
Cosette

KarineAimee · 18/05/2017 17:26

Oh, also Claudette

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 18/05/2017 18:51

Some great names. Added Crystal, Corina and Champagne to the list. Not sure if the nn for Champagne would be Champers? Then it sounds too much like the drink WineGrin

I know some found it funny about third C name but we're in the trap now and have to keep it that way!!! DH and me start with K so a family theme

sleepingdragons · 19/05/2017 06:18

Please don't add Champagne to your list.

I suspect that poster was taking tbe piss.

Ecureuil · 19/05/2017 06:22

How does 'champers' sound like the drink but not 'champagne' itself?!

Squishedstrawberry4 · 19/05/2017 06:22

Claris

CricketRuntAndRashers · 19/05/2017 06:29

Ecureuil

No idea... Confused

Maybe Champ could work as a name, I guess. A bit less alcoholic...

Brown76 · 19/05/2017 06:41

Maybe Chardonnay?

Buck3t · 19/05/2017 06:52

Caitlin
Carlotta
Claudia (pronounced Cloudia)

Your choice obviously but for me personally EastEnders would put me off Courtney and Chelsea is not what I'd be going for. However you are right to keep the C theme.

I don't know why but Clementine grates as 'Clem' reminds me of old men in 1800s America🤔. Like I said don't know why.

Dixiestamp · 19/05/2017 07:23

Don't think anyone's said Carly/Carley or Cerys.

Sophronia · 19/05/2017 07:41

Right OP. Sorry for being s snarky. But I really do think that Champagne is a horrible name for a child. Sorry.

I don't think having 3 C names is bad. If you do it because you found "the" name and not because you want to stick with a theme. But that's just my opinion. What is your favourite name?
