DS due in a month and I've been struggling. Have an older daughter named Georgie. Thanks.

LOVE this name! Really wanted a boy so I could use it but we're having another girl. It is very popular at the moment but that doesn't put me off because I like the name so much!

MeltingSnowflake · 15/05/2017 23:20

Love it!

Very nice.😄

I think Leo is fine.

My neighbor's nephew was named 'Leonidas' (nobody in the family is anything close to Greek) and her two sons spent the afternoon stalking through the house, periodically striking poses and roaring 'This is Spartaaaaa!' and 'Leonidasssss'. So maybe don't use that until '300' is long forgotten.

LOVE Leo, it's on my list for a future DS, I like it as a nn for Leonardo Leonard. However I think Leo holds its own without being a nn. It's not too popular really either, although it feels like it should be uber popular!

cosytoaster · 15/05/2017 23:25

Definitely a like

Mrsknackered · 15/05/2017 23:25

Love it. I've seen people say it's popular but I only know 3. Youngest 2 the eldest 23.

sureitsgrand · 15/05/2017 23:32

I love it but I'm totally biased. I still look at my Leo every day and think how much I love his name. It's apparently popular but we don't know any others.

Lovely. Don't know any. Looks lovely written down. Lovely meaning.

cleanlaundry · 16/05/2017 00:04

@lrliml could still use it if you choose leoni for a girls name? Leo for short

I like Leo.

Off topic but I remember ages back I heard a woman call her son Geo so was a bit Hmm then she called him George! Never heard of geo as a nick name

YouWhatMate · 16/05/2017 00:17

Sophronia · 16/05/2017 00:21

Love it.

SuburbanRhonda · 16/05/2017 00:23

Extremely popular round here. Probably after the Blair child was born.

Dixiestamp · 16/05/2017 01:17

Love it- it's my parents' cat, though, so couldn't have used it!

NoncommittalToSparkleMotion · 16/05/2017 01:22

Love it!

FreeNiki · 16/05/2017 01:22

It's nice. I do know 3 in my very limited circle of children. One teen, one 3 yo and one 7 month old. So may be popular

OliviaStabler · 16/05/2017 01:24

Love it! Would have used it myself if family hadn't beaten me to it!

LaLegue · 16/05/2017 08:13

It's fine. Neither love nor loathe. I wouldn't choose it but I don't dislike it.
