Struggling to decide between the two so thought I'd seek your opinion! Love both, my Phoebe is my favourite and Alice is my husband's favourite.

What's your vote? Thanks!!

Alice.

bridgetreilly · 14/05/2017 19:37

Phoebe!

Shesaysso · 14/05/2017 19:37

Phoebe - I just can't get away from 'A lice' with Alice - clearly I'm in the minority though.

HappyFlappy · 14/05/2017 19:45

Both beautiful names. We have a Phoebe Grace in our family, so I'm biased in favour of Phoebe, but Alice is lovely too.

Could you not use both of them? (Or is it to decide which is the first and which the second name?) If both, Phoebe Alice flows better.

Alice

AnnaNimmity · 14/05/2017 19:54

Phoebe!

Fadingmemory · 14/05/2017 19:54

Both lovely but Phoebe by a short head!

Becklit · 14/05/2017 20:44

Thanks so much for helping! Seems you're all as split as we are! At least we know we've got a beautiful name either way. I think Phoebe Alice is a lovely idea! Though we were going to go for something family based in the middle. That flows beautifully though!

I like both names, prefer Alice though.

But as per your update, I don't think Phoebe Alice works. It sounds like 'Feeble Alice' to me Confused

ACatCalledFang · 14/05/2017 21:08

Love both but Phoebe slightly has the edge for me. Agree that Phoebe Alice flows beautifully!

Mrsknackered · 14/05/2017 21:24

Alice. Timeless (I have a beautiful tiny newborn sister called Alice so I am biased)

Phoebe is a bit blah to me. I don't like the sound or how it looks.

HoleySock · 14/05/2017 21:28

Alice for me but biased as it's Dd1 name. We get nothing but complements

HorraceTheOtter · 14/05/2017 21:39

Definitely phoebe.

17caterpillars1mouse · 14/05/2017 21:43

Phoebe. I love it

SuperBeagle · 14/05/2017 22:04

I'd rather be a Phoebe, but I think I'd use Alice for a child because I don't like the inevitable "Feebs" nickname that comes with Phoebe.

Sophronia · 14/05/2017 22:42

Definitely Alice. Phoebe is too much like 'feeble'.

DovahBee11 · 14/05/2017 23:00

Phoebe Alice is my dd2s name. However Phoebe got shortened to Bee, not too sure how but that's what she's known as primarily Smile

mum2be2boys · 14/05/2017 23:14

Both lovely names, but I prefer Phoebe :-)

DramaAlpaca · 15/05/2017 00:24

I like both, but have a slight preference for Alice.

HappyFlappy · 15/05/2017 15:34

You could always cross your fingers and hopeful twins OP. Grin

HappyFlappy · 15/05/2017 15:41

For the love of Mike, autocorrect!

Fruitcorner123 · 15/05/2017 22:01

Alice, I love the name but my DH wont agree to it :-(
