Please, please help me name her! :(

She is 6 weeks today and we had an appointment booked, but it was cancelled and rescheduled for Monday.

It's my surname that's the problem! I love nature/colour names... But my surname is Forest (not even spelt like the name version!)

My son is Noah and I almost didn't go with it because I thought "know a forest?" but just went with it and it hasn't been an issue (he is now 5) but I can't have a nature name/colour name and then Forest.

I'm not particularly keen on names that have lots of nicknames (Elizabeth, Catherine, etc.) and like names that are popular, unfortunately!

I think Darcy is my only choice... It's okay, but I don't love it. However, I hate the Darcey spelling, same with Maisy, I like it, but hate the Maisie spelling :(

Don't rule out nature/ flower names if those are your favourites, OP.

How about Gaia? It's a 'nature' name as it's the goddess of the earth, but isn't quite as obvious as something like Willow/ Summer etc. Would pair nicely with Noah too.

Or Iris, goddess of the rainbow and a pretty flower?

Macy rather than Maisy? (I have a strange facinitation with pronouncing those 2 in my head and listening to the subtle differences)

Dulcie as an alternative to Darcy?
