I like it.

Rockaby · 27/04/2017 19:17

Does it rhyme with Joanna? I think that is quite nice. Might get mixed up with Rowena maybe.

Blissful1 · 27/04/2017 19:38

Thank you:)

I would hear Joanna and prefer Joanna.
Or just Hannah? Why the ro part? Go for Rowena if you like ro?

QuietNameChange · 27/04/2017 19:46

I think it also depends on your last name. If your last name also starts with an a "a names" are kind of difficult...

But with the "right" name? I think it could be an awesome name.

Blissful1 · 27/04/2017 20:33

Thanks to all! It would be Rohana Adams..

Have a friend called Rohana. Absolutely beautiful name

QuietNameChange · 27/04/2017 20:41

I personally think that Rohana Adams could kind of merge together?

Rohan Adams?

Do you want a sanskrit name or would a name like Rowan or Rohan work as well?

Rockaby · 27/04/2017 21:03

I love Rowan Adams if that's an option.

user1471547428 · 27/04/2017 21:03

I really like it

NoSquirrels · 27/04/2017 21:05

Love it - but wouldn't with your surname, sorry OP.

woollychimp · 27/04/2017 21:06

I know a Rohanna (least I thought it was spelt with 2 Ns) - lovely name

Blissful1 · 28/04/2017 08:02

Please share your opinions again. We already asked what you thought of baby girls names Ananda and Rohana. Now what do you think of Ariana? Surname- Adams. Thanks a ton!

Don't like Ariana - sorry, she is a v annoying pop star.

NoSquirrels · 28/04/2017 09:05

I think ending a name in an a-sound with your surname beginning with A is a bit odd, so I personally wouldn't. And for myself I hate alliterative name (Amanda Adams/Ariana Adams) so again, I wouldn't. It's too comic book superhero for me (Lois Lane, Peter Parker etc)

FluffyBathTowel · 28/04/2017 09:08

Rohana is my favourite from the options you've posted. It's a nice name. Not keen on Ariana - it's a bit too Disney princess for my taste.

QuietNameChange · 28/04/2017 09:16

My favourite is Anandi.
Anandi Adams. I personally don't have anything against alliterative names but I do think that a name ending in "a" will sound a bit weird with your surname.
In my personal o:

  1. Anandi Adams
  2. Rowan Adams
  3. Rohan Adams
  4. Ariana Adams I know, two As... But Ariana is such a lovely name imo.
  5. Rohana Adams
  6. Ananda Adams

Thank you very much to all of you for your time!

I agree with some other posters - ending first name with the same letter that begins surname might not work. Would you consider Rowena Adams? I like that :)

Mrsknackered · 28/04/2017 14:57

I don't like Ariana or Ananda.
I really love Rohana though.
