We have narrowed down our choices to the following:

Aoife (EE-fa)
Ula (OO-la)
Chloe

Which one would you go for?

I'd choose Aoife.

I've never heard of Ula, but I quite like it. It's short, neat and pretty.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 24/04/2017 22:10

I like Ula, lovely !

Jooni · 24/04/2017 22:15

Aoife

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 24/04/2017 22:20

Chloe

Thewolfsjustapuppy · 24/04/2017 22:30

I haven't heard Ula before but I really like it, I know a few Unas but Ula is nicer.

1horatio · 24/04/2017 22:34

I really like Ula. Ulla is my grandmother's name (which probably means that I'm massively biased... )

Aoifa is nice, I know an adult and a baby Aoife... I also like Chloe.

Sophronia · 25/04/2017 01:36

Aoife

Aoife

Plunkette · 25/04/2017 02:09

These are all lovely.

In (slight) preference order:

Ula
Aoife
Chloe

Aoife - never heard of this name before and would have NO clue how to pronounce it if I saw it written down.

BlueChairs · 25/04/2017 04:23

Aoife

I know a Uaia ( you-ay) and love her name too

Lemondrop09 · 25/04/2017 09:38

Aoife

BounceBounceSplishSplash · 25/04/2017 11:00

I love Ula. I find Aoife a bit passé but I'm Irish and the name is very popular and overused imo.

Thepassionfruit · 25/04/2017 11:02

Ula - although I prefer the spelling Ulla. It's a name that can't be shortened which is a great thing!

ThaliaLuxurySpa · 26/04/2017 21:22

Ula...unusual (well, around here anyway) and cute.

Really love that its Celtic meaning is "Sea Jewel" . Who wouldn't want such a beautiful association with their name?

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 27/04/2017 10:47

Tough one but Chloe edges it.

I have heard Ula used as a nn for Ursula.

chipsnmayo · 27/04/2017 11:55

Aoife is my favourite Irish name so I'd pick that.

n0ne · 27/04/2017 12:28

Ula is gorgeous
