Dylan Thomas was something of a naughty boy though, Nanny Grin

No I don't think it's chavvy, however it is one of the Welsh names which has found popularity outside of Wales, which makes it stick out a bit. So Dylan can get the same reception some Irish names get "chavvy" etc.

It's a crude term but IMO yes it is 'chavvy'.

Not at all, it's a lovely name Smile

Not chavvy or naughty round here (London/Surrey)

A nation utterly obsessed with class.

I'm sure this will pass with the advent of Brexit...
