Hey,

Our little one is 5 weeks old (almost 6!) and we haven't decided on his name yet.

Which do you like best?

Elliot - definitely, it just sounds perfect :)

SuperBeagle · 19/03/2017 19:41

I like Elliot most.

Followed by Theodore.

I'm not a fan of Noah.

Congrats! Flowers

Elliot

Astro55 · 19/03/2017 19:43

Theo - I think Elliot has had its day

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 19/03/2017 19:43

Theo.

Glossolalia · 19/03/2017 19:44

Theodore

MiniMaxi · 19/03/2017 19:44

I would choose Theodore, nn Teddy or Theo

Congratulations by the way!

Gemmy89 · 19/03/2017 19:45

Theodore!

BadTasteFlump · 19/03/2017 19:45

Elliot - I know too many Noah's and Theodore is just clunky & gets shortened to Theo which I don't like.

Shadowboy · 19/03/2017 19:45

Theodore
Noah
Elliot

That would be much Order of preference.

LorLorr2 · 19/03/2017 19:46

Theodore because as a pp said Teddy is a gorgeous nickname

NewToThis03 · 19/03/2017 19:50

Thank you :)

I feel like I'd probably not use Teddy (but I do really like it!) because I'd like to call him by Theodore (I feel like alternating between Theodore and Teddy could be quite confusing, as they sound so different? Whereas, alternating between Theo and Theodore would be fine?)

Elliot. Beautiful.

I love Theodore but Theo / Ted / Teddy / Ned don't appeal much. His friends WILL shorten his name after a certain age, even if you never do.

Noah was in the top 10 most popular boys names last year. It's a good name but the over popularity would put me off.

Sophronia · 19/03/2017 21:48

All are very 'now', I'm not keen on any of them to be honest, but I'll say Theodore.

PointlessUsername · 19/03/2017 21:49

Theodore i Like and Teddy as a nickname.

DramaAlpaca · 19/03/2017 21:49

I'm not mad on any either, but I'd go with Theodore.

Ijumpalot · 19/03/2017 23:20

I have a Theodore, nn Ted or Teddy, we love it

OneSecondAfter · 19/03/2017 23:25

I would go with Theodore. I don't like Elliot at all, seems like a very weak name to me. And Noah is just too popular and of the moment for me.

sonlypuppyfat · 19/03/2017 23:29

Five weeks? Bloody hell, mine were all named when I was five weeks pregnant!! Elliot is the best

CakeRattleandRoll · 19/03/2017 23:50

Theodore

buttercup54321 · 20/03/2017 00:02
