Which do you have now? I think Els and Eds as nicknames are similar but Eddie/Ted/Edward and Elliot are fine. Also if they're siblings they won't be considered a 'pair' by most people but individuals.

I know brothers named this, and I can't imagine it's impacted them at all. Elliot is always called Elliot, while Edward gets Eddy. I like both names a lot. Smile

Edward is the best boys name ever Grin. I always say siblings names matching isn't important but we rejected Elizabeth for dd even though we liked it because it might sound like a Royal couple alongside our Edward!
