I have an Effie and people are always asking what it's short for. I love it though

Polly is just gorgeous! I would go for that. And very unusual at the moment.

Polly clementine stands out for me!

I have a Polly, and I still love it some years later, it's gorgeous, unusual and she loves it too (I'm voting Polly in case that's noit clear)

Polly is lovely and goes really well with Iris.

Clementine Alice is lovely. I don't really like Effie - mainly as it sounds a little like 'eff off' or something like that.
Polly goes better with your daughter Iris' name though I think.
