My friends gave this to their daughter as a middle name - I like it - I may be wrong but I think one of Paul Wellers daughters are called Jessamine

It's a bit twee. Reminds me of Milly Molly Mandy so 1930s era

Really love it. Jessamine = classy !

Anyone who thinks it is made up has not read Milly Molly Mandy. I think it's great. Little Girl Jessamine!

I love it!

Jessamine is a beautiful name OP!

Jessamy is not a boy's name as said upthread-it actually appears in the Bible as a female and means 'Jasmine'. (My DD's middle name is Jessamy and was named after my great grandmother)

It sounds a bit Duggars to me, sorry, I also can't see her getting called that, it'll get shortened very quickly.

I like it, very delicate and pretty but with a nice simple nickname she can use if she prefers.
