Nathaniel is my favourite, followed by Nicholas.

But I really like all of them.

Really like all of them, probably Michael the least. Nicholas is a great name but am not overly keen on Nick.

I really like Reuben and Nicholas.

I'd also avoid Benjamin as he may end up as Ben of which there are loads already.

Nicholas would be my pick, with nn Nico - lovely name and not too common right now. Second choice would be Nathaniel.

Nathaniel or Reuben, not keen on any of the others. Reuben can also be shortened to Ben and is much nicer than Benjamin!
