Is Judas a misprint for Jude? Because I really don't think that name is going to live down the whole Judas Iscariot/30 pieces of silver thing any time soon.

SummitLove · 22/01/2017 18:11

Judas or Judah - not Jude.

Don't think you could go with Judas - still too soon after the unpleasantness with the Romans... Wink. Judah nice though. Elias / Ezra / Elijah are other suggestions but I think are fairly popular. Solomon / Seth possibilities too.

If you're going for quirky I'd avoid Eva / Evie. Lovely names but think very, very popular atm. At a farm park today and I heard so many Evie's being called

Of your original lists, I like Arlo, Amos and Etta best. I agree with not using Evie/Eva as they are very well used, and you have so many more distinctive options.

For boys:
Ezra
Saul
Tobias
(They were all on my list!)

No idea for girls, sorry!
